Due to this very wet weather, The Fitness Centre parking lot as well as the Fitness Centre itself are flooded out. The hill headed down into the parking lot is shear ice. Please avoid the parking lot and the building until we can make the area safe for community members to enter.

With Patrick and the summer students gone, that leaves our Fitness Centre with reduced hours for non-swipe card users.
We are on the search for volunteers and placement students to assist us with keeping the facility open (specifically for youth during evenings and weekends).

If you are looking to earn volunteer hours, complete a co-op or even a placement with ISETP program, consider the Fitness Centre as a location.

Until we can get more staff on board. The Fitness Centre will be available for Swipe Card Users only on a consistent basis. I (Laura McMeekin-Clarke) will post daily when I am here in the office, but please know that my schedule is fluid and ever changing, as I am constantly in and out of the office for meetings, program shopping, facilitating programs etc. To avoid the inconvenience of the facility not having a staff member present, please call the Fitness Centre prior to coming if you do not have a swipe card. 705-865-3001

Chi-Miigwetch to Patrick Bennett for all of his dedication and hard work over the past year and a half here at the Fitness Centre. Patrick has recently completed his contract here at the Fitness Centre and we are already missing him terribly. Wishing him all the best with all his future endeavors and hope to see him back on the team in the future!

Good afternoon. The Fitness Centre will be closed today from 1:30pm to 9:00pm due to unforeseen circumstances. Swipe card users will still have access to the gym. Our office will be open tomorrow June 15 from 10am to 5:30pm. Sorry for any inconveniences.
