For the next two days, there are contractors working at gym to replace the furnace.
Members are welcome to use the facility but we wanted to ensure you were aware of the situation as you may not have full acces to all equipment at all times.

Kettlebells are ultra-versatile weights that will allow you work muscles all over your body. With an adjustable kettlebell, you can dial in the right weight from 5lb, all the way up to 40lb. Perform a set of Russian twists, then up the weight for power squats. Increase the challenge as you build muscle, or lighten the load and focus on your form.
