💊🏋️‍♂️ The worlds of nutrition, fitness, and weight management have changed dramatically over the past few years with the introduction of GLP-1 medications.

As a Certified Nutrition Manager, it's important that I stay in my lane. I am not a physician or a Registered Dietitian, and I don't provide medical advice. However, I do care deeply about my clients' long-term health and well-being. ❤️

I support clients who choose to use GLP-1 medications or pursue bariatric surgery as part of their health journey. These decisions are personal and should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. My advice is always the same: stay closely connected with your physician and healthcare team, and don't underestimate the critical role that nutrition, strength training, physical activity, sleep, and healthy lifestyle habits continue to play in overall health. 🩺💪

Hey Iron Elles! 💪✨ Starting June 1st Centennial Drive North (from 3rd Street North up to the 500 Block) is going to be officially closed for the big upgrade project! 🚜🏗️

But don’t worry NOTHING stands between an Iron Elle and her workout! 🏋️‍♀️❤️ Wrench Fitness is still 100% OPEN, and we will absolutely still be hitting the gym to smash our goals.

The city is putting a temporary access route in place so we can get to our sessions during regular business hours.

That being said, our commutes are about to require a little bit of *creativity* and a whole lot of *extra time*! 😅🕒

Here is your game plan to ensure you don’t miss a single minute of your warmup:

Leave Early: Add an extra 5–10 minutes to your travel time so you aren't rushing. Consider it bonus mental prep time! 🧠

Eyes on the Signs: Follow all the posted detour and directional signage to guide you through the temporary route. 🗺️

Bring Your Patience:The construction crew is working hard on our infrastructure, so let's show them some love and cooperation while they do their thing.

This 8 week small group program is built to help you master the Big Three and build real, lasting strength. Whether you are new to lifting or want to clean up your technique, this is your chance to train with purpose and get coached every step of the way.

What you get:
• Focused coaching on squat, bench press, and deadlift
• Small group setting with only 5 spots
• Individual feedback every session
• A structured plan that delivers real progress
