Gym time with a trainer today from 5-6pm!

👉What is new this week at MYC May 16-20, 2022 !!!
👉 We are open 3:30-9:00pm all week!!!
👉 As always our programming and events are always free. !!

😍Monday- we will have a discussion on positive relationships at 6:30pm

🥘 Tuesday- We are meal planning for our cooking day May 31, 2022. This is open to 10 years and up.

💪🏿 Wednesday- 5:00-6:00pm We have gym time with one of the trainers from Forgedgym
6:30 we will have a discussion on anxiety.

☮️ Thursday- 6:30-7:30pm Guest speaker from Simplified Life Solutions Open to 10 years and up.

🤩 Friday- 6:00pm Jeopardy!!!

Events this week at MYC!! 3:30-9:00pm all programming runs 6:30-7:30pm this week the rest of the time is hang out time and support is available if needed.

👉Monday-Guest Speak on consent and Boundaries

👉Tuesday- Social Media Safety and Teen Talk by Youth Matter.

👉Wednesday- What is addiction?

👉Thursday -ART Day/ Painting is open to younger children ages 10 and above.

👉Friday- Minute to Win it Games and snacks.

This is open to our youth! It’s free and they offer great talks, advice, and connection. They provide a safe space for our community youth!

Thank you to Saskatoon Co-op , Martensville Kinsmen, Pharmasave Martensville, Geransky Brothers Construction, Offroad Exteriors Inc. Direct Fencing Supply, and Forgedgym for their monetary generosities

The center is entirely free and offers homework support, resume building, job searching, mental health and addiction support, and a safe place to hang out with games and snacks!!.

We have exciting events planned weekly.

We also have light teaching from 6:30-8:00 pm to learn coping skills and life skills.

A registered social worker oversees our programs. We also have guest speakers from other organizations attend and teach the youth valuable skills.
