Team Spartan is in full effect in Chiangmai , Thailand at Lannamuaythai 🇹🇭. Day 2 of heat and getting back in routine of 2 x a day 2 hour sessions with running, bagwork, padwork, clinching and sparring 🔥. Both twins gearing up for their fights in coming weeks. Kru Yai Michael is back to training.

Fiza fights on SRC - SIAM REAL COMBAT August 11/2026 for the SRC professional 🌎 world title 🏆. Fights on a major show in Rajadamnern Stadium August 28/2026. Stay tuned for big announcement 👀.

This coming Saturday ! Our Spartan quests for her 3rd world title live in New York City on 🇺🇸 🛩️.

This will be Fiza’s 64th fight of her career at astounding 14 years of age. PPV link will be emailed this coming Thursday spartan members tune in and purchase the PPV to support Fiza and watch her do what she does best.

SPARTANS!

Competition season is upon on us ‼️ with that said, we need to be ready and up hold the spartan standard. Our NEW Spartan passport will enable you as a competitor on our fight team to use the passport to travel between gyms, attend organized sparring with other gyms in the GTA, 2 hour fight focused preparation development towards competition, and everything it entails 🏆.

Every Saturday 2-4 pm fight focused preparation and strength conditioning class led by Kru Yai .o.r_spartan98270 , , and SC coach Kru .

Like that 2025 comes to an end today! So many great memories made this year ‼️ thank you to all before, current, and new spartan fam to come 🙏🏻❤️.

We have had in total 63 fights this year 👀. We competed in Asia, USA, and Canada. We came home with 2 🌎 world titles, 2 international titles, and 9 Canadian & North American titles 🏆. Congrats ⚔️👊🏻

What a year it has been ‼️ thank you to all our Spartan members and thank you to our new Spartan members coming 🙏🏻.

We want to take this time to wish you all a merry Christmas and wonderful safe happy new year of 2026 to come 🎄 🎉.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back to all 3 locations on Friday January 2,2026.
