Hey Super Swimmers as most of you know I work at RISE Support Centre supporting women and families with young children. If you’d like to help provide any of these items you can drop them at my house and I’ll bring them to the centre ❤️

Looking for a fun parent and tot activity this summer? Try some swim lessons! We currently have a few spots left in our parent and tot swim classes. These classes are perfect for babies and toddlers up to the age of 3 years. Parents attend with their child.

Session 4 at 3:30pm **STARTS MONDAY**

Stay safe this summer!

This is a great safety guide for children swimming in lakes and swimming pools. The color of the bathing suit can make it easier or more difficult to see children while they are swimming. This is a good reminder to always have adult supervision when children are swimming. (Thanks to Praire Lakes Healthcare System.)
