ReformFIT is hosting an all-day showcase for all of our clients and their guests with back-to-back super-sized classes! On Sunday, November 10th from 12:30 - 5:54 PM, we’ll be hosting special edition classes of BoxxFIT, ReformFIT, and DanceFIT at 421 Bentley Street in Markham, Ontario

Each person will receive a gift bag of products and coupons from our sponsors including a chicken salad from Mibow, an all-you-can-drink coupon from Liuyishou Hotpot, a free eye exam, and more!
‌
Each class is $19.99 +HST or 2 classes for $19.99 +HST. To register, message us on WhatsApp (905) 604-7348 or WeChat (reformfitca) to reserve your spot. You can also register friends and family - anyone is welcome to join!

Are your classes beginner friendly?

➡️ The short answer is yes! Our trainers will make sure you’re taken care of and we’ve had lots of clients come in with no experience at all. If it’s your first time ever exercising, you’re still welcome to give us a try.

That being said..

Some of our classes are harder for beginners, and depending on your fitness level, you might wanna keep this things in mind to make your first experience the best it can be!
⁠
🌟 If you like dancing and moving to the music, try our DanceFIT or BoxxFIT class first! It’s a great entryway into cardio exercises for clients who are still getting used to higher intensity movement. If you want higher intensity minus the dancing, you’ll like our SweatFIT class!

🌟 If you want something slower that focuses on your muscles without high intensity movement like running or jumping, try our StrengthFIT class first!
‌
🌟 For a unique training experience that incorporates dynamic movement and a mixed level of difficulty you can try our SlamFIT or PiyoFIT classes
