Grateful for our amazing Saturday adult group — a true mix of generations and ranks, from white belt to black belt. 🙌

What makes this class special isn’t just the technique, it’s the spirit. Younger and older students training side by side, beginners learning from advanced belts, and everyone supporting each other on the mat. The energy, respect, and dedication in this room is something special.

Every Saturday we show up, push ourselves, and leave better than we came — inspired by the knowledge and leadership of Professor Simon. Thank you to everyone who brings such positive vibes and commitment to learning. 👊🥋
