✨Brandi’s 4 Month Transformation: Strength, Dedication, and a New Car! ✨🚗

When Brandi first came in for her fitness assessment, it was tough. She had to stop several times to catch her breath because of her asthma, and she couldn’t train without her puffers. But she didn’t let that stop her. Week after week, she kept showing up, putting in the work, and making progress.

Four months later, there were days she didn’t even need to bring her puffer to the gym. That’s a huge milestone for her, and we couldn’t be prouder!

What makes her journey even more impressive? Brandi is a mom of two, and she traveled from Ajax to Markham every week to train with us. After long workdays, sharing one car with her husband, she still made her fitness a priority. That level of commitment is inspiring on its own.

Brandi didn’t just transform her body, she also won 1st place in our last challenge and drove away with a brand new car! 🚗🎉

When Dawn came to us after her second baby, she shared how hard it was to connect with a body she didn’t recognize. But she showed up consistently for a year, putting in the work and making real changes. Not only has her strength improved, but her eating habits and sleep have transformed too.
