How to improve hip turn in golf. Hip turn golf drill.

A simple drill you can do at home to train better rotation and a more connected turn.

Hold the ball in front of the chest with the lead hand and rehearse the turn. It helps golfers feel more body rotation and less arm-dominant movement through the swing.

If the swing gets too armsy or restricted, this is a good place to start.

Summer camp was the start. Not the finish.

She started like many kids do.
At camp. Learning the basics. Getting on the course.

Lauren stayed with it. That is where the real progress came from.
