Looking for new or additional training programs to get you prepared for the 2026-27 season?

We are looking for experienced rep athletes entering their 16-18U year that are interested in focused training May through August. These sessions will be small group sessions and not open gyms, and will be on an invite-only basis.

Day 3 of 17U action is upon us…

Congratulations to our Isihlangu for placing 3rd in D1T3 Ontario Championships for 17U. A shout out to our 16U Askari who were the only 16U team playing up at 17U Provincials and placed 4th in D3T1.

And just like that, the 14U season is wrapped!

Congratulations to Kascara for their D5T2 silver after a stellar three days of play.

Our Inkemba fought hard in D3 but came up short in the pre-quarters, while the Nimcha sprung into D5T1 playoff action and pushed a tough opponent to three sets but could not close the match out.

Finally, the Silaha pushed through their first round playoff match but ran out of steam in the quarters in D5T2.

Thank you to all parents and coaches for making this a fun and exciting season!

Up Next: 17U know kicks off their OC’s in a matter of hours. Good luck to the Isihlangu in D1T1 and Askari in D3T1!

April 5, 2024 marks the start of a month of Ontario Provincial volleyball championships, starting with 16UG from April 5-7. Good luck to all Lakeside teams this weekend and throughout the month of April!

The indoor volleyball season is right around the corner! Don't miss out on our upcoming Open Gyms (Aug 13 and 27) and be sure to sign up early for our tryout sessions starting the weekend of September 9th and 10th. We will be hosting tryouts throughout the month of September so be sure to check our site often for updated and additional dates. Our first wave of tryouts are:

Sep 9th - All age groups (girls)
Sep 10th - 13UG to 16UG
Sep 17th - 13UG to 16UG

17UG-A tryouts are also being held. Please complete the registration page for these tryouts and we will follow up with you.

OPEN TRAINING SESSIONS are just around the corner!

Come out for one, two or all sessions to get a feel for Lakeside Volleyball and what we have to offer players of all ages and skill levels to improve their personal and team performance.

All Open Training sessions will be hosted at Haber Rec Center in Burlington. Session dates are Saturday July 15, Saturday July 29, Sunday August 13 and Sunday August 27th. Training times and age groups are posted on our site. Go to www.lakesidevb.com and click on "Open Training" tab for information and registration details. You can also follow the link in our Instagram bio.

$15 at the door or $10 via e-transfer prior to attending your chosen session.
