🚨 Civic Holiday Schedule Update 🚨

Good news! We will be OPEN on Monday, August 3rd (Civic Holiday) and running our regular class schedule. No changes! Come in, get your training in, and keep the momentum going!

We also wanted to give everyone a heads-up that we will be CLOSED from Friday, August 14 through Sunday, August 16 as our team travels to Kitchener for the Canadian Muay Thai Open tournament.

PARKING.

There is NO double parking at this location, there are about 3 spots at the front of the gym, and many spots around as well which are indicated in the photos above. If you double parking we will ask you to move your car as it is not allowed at this location.

Please follow these instructions as we have neighbouring units that need their spaces!!

We wanted to let everyone know that, due to some unforeseen construction issues at our new studio, we will unfortunately need to remain closed tomorrow. We are now planning to reopen on Thursday instead.

We know many of you have been looking forward to getting back to training, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. As we put the finishing touches on our new space, we want to ensure everything is ready and safe before welcoming you back.

Thank you all for your continued patience, understanding, and support throughout this transition. Your encouragement has made this exciting move possible, and we can’t wait to open the doors and share our new home with you.

As many of you know, Tita Sel will be undergoing ACL reconstruction surgery, and we would like to wish her a smooth procedure and a speedy recovery.

We also want to send a huge Chok Dee (good luck) to Lara “Pinky” as she makes her ring debut at the Provincial Tournament that weekend! We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and courage she has shown leading up to this moment, and we know she will represent our team with heart and determination.

We can’t wait to see everyone back in the gym the following week!🙏🏼
