It's a good sign my knee is improving when I'm able to hit the heavy bag again! Training alongside my students brings me so much joy. We had a blast this evening with a new couple who joined our Boot Camp class! You can hear their son laughing off-screen in the video because he enjoys watching them! Two of their children practice taekwondo with us ❤️

This past Saturday, 24 students participated in the competition. We always have a great time when we travel together to events. There are always feelings to process such as laughter, smiles, and tears. I'm incredibly proud of everyone, especially the students who had to get through some nervous competition moments.
We won numerous gold medals, silver and bronze as well ❤️
