Do you like the smell of coffee first thing when you wake up in the morning? Would you kill for a sip of brown liquid right after you put your feet down from the bed?

But what if I told you that coffee does not set your body up for optimal health or fat loss?

I want to be fit, but I’m so confused! What should I eat?

Is it really the knowledge you’re lacking?

Just google “fat loss recipes” or “workout programs”. And the secret is..... THEY ALL WORK!

You have found some nutrition and exercise help that has been useful in the past. Didn’t work?

Which style of training is the BEST for fat loss?

The HORMONES that release stored body fat are the secret of getting lean and losing fat.

Circuit training/HIIT (High intensity interval training) is the best type of exercise for targeting body fat. It’s fast and intense! But it does it work and in a very short amount of time!

High intensity interval training stimulates CATECHOLAMINES which turn dumps fatty acids into your blood stream to be used as fuel (Fat, BURN!!!). Catecholamines (adrenaline, noradrenaline and dopamine) help your body respond to stress or fright and prepare the body for "fight-or-flight" reactions.

BUT YOU HAVE TO PUSH YOURSELF!!

Try this 12 min Full body HIIT:

40 Sec of Work / 20 Sec of Rest

4 exercises x 3 rounds:

Push-Ups (kneeling push-ups)
Bicycle Crunches (crunches)
Burpees (half-burpees)
Jumping Squats (air squats)

No equipment needed. For at home, traveling or vacation mode.

You don’t know what do you want 😭

No, of course, you want to be fit and sexy and successful but all these don’t describe your real goals. What would happen if you were fit and sexy? How would you feel?

The lack of specific and measurable goals are the right way to lose any motivation.

One of the possible solutions is getting a personal trainer who will help you to determine your targets and navigate through the tough path.

Having a personal trainer-partner will motivate you to at least show up, and to take action. This might be one of the more expensive ways of motivating yourself, but it works.

Do you feel tired of thoughts of how to get in shape? Feel like there
is so much conflicting information out there?

The truth is....

Getting in shape is really not all that hard when you identify 3 pieces:
- training regimen
- nutrition protocol
- stress management and sleep

BUT that's not really the hard part, is it? It's putting in the time
and consistency for all of those. Making your goals a priority and
saying no to things that don't serve you. THATS THE HARD PART!

This is why people hire coaches and trainers. Being accountable to
yourself is difficult. But knowing you are working with someone who is
backing you, who is counting on you and who is rooting for your
goals..... makes the process that much more effective.

This is what I do!
I hold my clients accountable for their goals. So that when life shows
up when excuses come up.

Do you let your circumstances become your excuse? Because That is the deciding factor on your success.

Making excuses - taking all accountability off yourself.

Hold yourself accountable! Do not let your circumstances be the deciding factor of your success or failure. Try to make adjustments with the best situation possible.

This is called maturity with your health and fitness goals.

Ask yourself: “Am I working on growth and maturity in my life.... or staying in a childish mindset with my goals?!”
