Okay!! Almost go time. The return of Cardio & Core! 8:15-9:15 tonight at Eric Langton School. Pretty much right at the North end of Edge St in Maple Ridge. Tonight is station night...27 stations/1 minute each/total body work out. Muscle building and calorie burning....all the good stuff! :) See you there!

Okay, classes are back on starting next Thursday, Sep 26! 20 classes running Tuesday and Thursday 8:15-9:15 till Dec 5.
Cardio & Core on Tuesdays at Alexander Robinson School.
Station work outs on Thursdays at Eric Langton School.
Drop in price has been increased to $7 but you can still get the $5/session rate if you prepay all 20 classes for $100 or 10 classes for $50.
Come on out & bring a friend! We have a fantastic group of friendly supportive people, all with the same goal. Challenge ourselves, improve our health and wellness and have fun doing it! See you next week!

Hey Team! Well, welcome back to busy September, huh?! The weather seems to be smiling on us this week so what better way to celebrate than Cardio & Core in the park!? ;) Tuesday, the 10th and Wednesday this week....7:30 start! Sorry...have to work around some hockey practices! See you tomorrow!

Hi everyone!! No bootcamp this week! I am still in shock about it being "back to school" week! We will be back in the gym starting September 24th! Tuesdays and Thursdays....let get it going again!

Argh! Sorry guys! I have run into a scheduling issue this week and my boy Jake has hockey the same time as our Cardio & Core classes. He said he could likely drive himself but the fact that he's only 7.....just kidding... :)
