✨ PPSD SUMMER SPOTLIGHT — RENEE! 🩵

Renee spent an incredible three weeks this summer attending the Alberta Ballet Professional Division Summer Intensive on a FULL SCHOLARSHIP! 🩰✨

For three weeks, Renee lived in residence and trained six days a week from 9:30 AM–3:30 PM, taking classes in Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, Character, Pointe, and Repertoire/Variations.

This was Renee’s second year attending Alberta Ballet’s Professional Division Summer Intensive! She loved being challenged throughout the program and having the opportunity to learn from so many incredible master teachers.

But Renee’s favourite part? Meeting dancers and making friends from around the world! 🌎🩰 There’s something so special about getting to train alongside dancers who share the same passion!

Next summer’s plans haven’t been decided quite yet…but one thing is for sure — there will definitely be another summer intensive somewhere! 😉✨

Congratulations on an amazing three weeks of training, Renee! We LOVE seeing our PPSD dancers stepping outside their comfort zones, challenging themselves, making new connections, and continuing to grow. 🩵

🌟 Dancer Spotlight: Mia Chambers! 🌟

What an incredible week for Mia! She got to go to Accelerate Acro Convention in Phoenix, Arizona and got to dance with Derek Piquette!

Not only did Mia get the opportunity to learn from the best of the best, but she was also called up to be a demo dancer! 🙌

We love seeing our dancers step outside their comfort zones, challenge themselves, and embrace opportunities to grow within the dance community!

We are SO impressed with you, Mia! Keep pushing yourself and shining bright! 💕

Moving Mini’s STARTS THIS TUESDAY OCTOBER 6th

By popular demand we have opened up two semester classes for our little dancers!

Tuesdays 9:30-10:15am

Come twirl with us in a fun, structured introduction to dance for toddlers!

Little ones will start to learn the foundations of jazz & ballet in this age-appropriate 8 week session.

There will be no classes today, September 30th.

PPSD will be open Thursday, October 1st for all regular classes.
