This league is co-ed, and welcomes players from every experience level. Our beginning of the season clinics and regular Thursday practices are a great way to learn the game or a great chance for the veterans who want to improve their skills. Our competitive Sunday games are a great chance for anyone to come out a play a great game of Ultimate. Capped off with a cheer and a beer, it's the most fun

This game was absolutely the tightest and most competitive we've ever had. In this intense battle between King Arthur and Discs of Hazzard, both teams were neck and neck throughout the entire game. Ending it with a score of 49 v 48, King Arthur takes the 2026 indoor championships!

Acknowledging spirited players is integral to the MRU culture. We give each team a stipend for purchasing spirit prizes, which are given out at the end of each game. Prizes can be anything from candies and drinks to the more elaborate toys and stickers!
