Hey friends!! Long time no see!!!
Sorry I have been MIA for so long. Some life things have happened and I found myself a full time job!! Its been so rewarding in so many ways and KV fitness has had to take a backseat for awhile. I’m still working hard on my fitness though!!

Goodmorning!! For breakfast I’m having this high protein treat. Maple syrup, Peanut butter and cinnamon mixed in Skyr yogurt topped with banana and ‘s pumpkin spiced granola with a drizzle of honey!!

Did a full body dumbbell workout and prepped tomorrow mornings zoom class. I’m at my strongest physically while mentally I struggle. Working out and taking care of my body changes my struggles to strength and helps me through.

One of my favorite moves. Full body and makes me feel STONG! Its a sn**ch to squat and press. Works your quads, glutes, shoulders, biceps and core!
Pull the weight up close to your body like a zipper. Bicep is right by your ear. Make sure chest stays lifted, core is tight, and you are pushing that b***y back and squeezing those glutes on the way up.

I’m so sorry for everyone who is affected by this newest lockdown. Fitness is such a key part to my mental health and if I relied on a gym for that, I would be in big trouble!

I just filmed a killer upper body workout! A 5x3 circuit of Unilateral movements (so thats 3 rounds on each side!!) plus a 5 minute EMOM at the end to really burn out that upper body!!
My arms feel like tree trunks! 🪵
