Hey there — I’m Stefanie (Stef / Steffi) 👋🏼
I’m a coach based in the mountains of lower Vancouver Island, helping people build strong, resilient bodies through intentional training and recovery. I also train in CrossFit, and it’s played a big role in how I approach strength and consistency.
Honestly, it’s taken me years to figure this out—but I care a lot about helping people not just get stronger, but actually feel better in their bodies. To find some balance between training, life, and time outside.
My approach blends strength work, movement, and contrast therapy—because how you recover matters just as much as how you train. This is what I offer through my 1:1 coaching and small group sessions, combining workouts with sauna and cold plunge for a more complete, supportive experience.
Most days you’ll find me coaching in my private outdoor gym, in the sauna, or making my way into the cold plunge (sometimes all in the same session).
I don’t think training should take over your life. It should support it. Which is why I value slowing down, getting outside, and building something that’s actually sustainable 🌲
