Balance & Breathe Course - This 6-class program will be starting January 14, 2024! Check out our web site for more information and to sign up.

The first course in the Balance & Breathe Program focuses on the core movements of the Tai Chi Balance & Breathe sequence. Movements will include Wave Hands in Clouds and the sequence of movements will follow a horizontal pattern, remaining front facing.

Pre-requisite: None
Equipment and attire: No equipment required; wear comfortable clothing and clean, well fitted sneakers.
