Beach Tennis finds a way 🪄

Last weekend we were thrilled to host the first high performance beach tennis camp in Luskville, QC. The very first of its kind in the Ottawa - Gatineau region. This two-day program designed & delivered by Coach focused on the following:

- fitness + mobility
- technical development
- tactical decision making
- open play with match analysis

We were fortunate to have 4 amazing players that worked hard, were fully engaged with the content, and brought their own personality and flair to the group. Thank you ._alisa, , , 😊👏🫶
