Sea Horse Farm

Sea Horse Farm Sea Horse Farm is located in the coastal community of Upper Kingsburg. An outdoor sand riding ring is used for exercising the horses.

It is home to three beloved horses, cared for by local veterinarian - Alison MacKay-Lyons. Green pastures extend from the old barnyard (where animals have been housed since the 1750’s) to Hirtle’s Beach. The horses stay close to home during winter months and enjoy grass for as much of the year as possible through rotational grazing. In the past Alison has offered private riding lessons, but is currently focused on individualized equine care, dressage training and Veterinary Medicine.

Introducing: Wemby!

Our first Kingsburg c**t (bay, four white socks). Born in the wee hours of the morning. With his long legs and remarkable coordination, he gets his namesake from the NBA superstar Victor Wembanyama. Yes it is possible to love dressage and basketball!
Jahina is doing well and continues to be an attentive mother. Nickering when he strays, only allowing immediate family close. We are elated with this new addition ❤️.
