1. Seated overhead press 3x 15
2. Front raise 3x 15
3.lateral raise 3 x 15
4. One handed DB press 3 x 12
5. Upright row 3 x12
Rest 1 minute between sets

2. Lunges 3x 8 per leg
3. Front raise Superset Lateral raise 3x10
4. Bicep curl 3 x 12
5. Romain dead lift 3x 15
6. Glute bridge 3 x 15
Rest 1 minute between sets

Hello my name is Emma, I am a certified personal trainer. The company is called A4 fitness as my last name is Archambault and I have a family of 4 (me, daddy, Axel and Adaline).
I love fitness, fitness has been a passion of mine since age 16).
I have lost and gained weight over the years but my love for working out and getting stronger has always remained.
A few of my fitness accomplishments:
- Losing 40 lbs at age 16
- running several half marathons placing second in my age group
- running a full marathon
- deadlifting 315 lbs
I am here to help you make your own accomplishments and fall in love with the process.
