🚨 Important Announcement: No Classes This Saturday! 🚨

There will be no classes this upcoming Saturday, July 18th.

I am heading out to attend a training seminar with the legendary Georges St-Pierre! I'm incredibly excited to step into this training with one of the greatest martial artists of all time and bring that elite knowledge and energy straight back to our dojo to share with all of you.

- Wednesday classes are still 100% a go! Make sure you are there to get your mid-week work in.

Even though the dojo doors will be closed this weekend, the training never stops. Remember to always keep pushing, drink your water, stay disciplined, and constantly aim to live and train like a true Kyokushin warrior.

See you in the dojo this Wednesday!

We are shifting our class times a bit earlier this weekend so everyone can train and still enjoy the rest of their afternoon.

This Saturday, July 11th ONLY, our schedule will be:

- Family & Beginners Class: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

- Advanced Class: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Alright, I’ll admit it—social media is definitely not my strong suit, and the past month has been a whirlwind! But even if I’ve been quiet on here, things have been loud and full of energy at the dojo!

Last night was a massive milestone for our dojo. Our karate family officially stepped onto the mats in their Gi’s for the first time, and the energy completely shifted. Seeing everyone in uniform makes this all feel so real, and I couldn't be prouder of the hard work this group is putting in every single week.

We may be a small crowd right now, but every great legacy starts with a tight-knit, dedicated foundation. Speaking of growing, we were also incredibly excited to welcome a brand-new student to the mats last night! Watching this family grow step by step is the most rewarding part of this journey.

I’m actively working on being better at keeping you all updated on here, so stay tuned. If you’ve been thinking about trying a class, there is no better time to join this incredible group. The dojo is waiting!

Between a wild day at the dealership yesterday and still trying to process Tuesday night, this post is a little day late—but I needed a moment to find the words. To be honest, I’m still lost for words.

Opening the doors to my own dojo two nights ago was a milestone that still feels completely unreal. Seeing the mats filled with family, friends, and students, and seeing so many people make the drive all the way down from Moncton and Memramcook just to stand there and support me… it completely overwhelmed me. Having my entire family there—who live and breathe Karate alongside me—sharing that moment until we were all in tears is a memory I will carry with me forever.

This dream didn't happen overnight, and it certainly didn't happen alone. I wouldn't be the martial artist or the person I am today without the incredible leadership and mentorship I’ve been blessed with over the years. To Shihan Ray Cormier, Sensei Jacques Leblanc, and Sensei Jason arsenault and everyone else who was a part of the journey—thank you. Your guidance, coaching, and belief in me since I was growing up paved the way for this dojo to become a reality.

To every single person who drove out, sent a message, or reached out to congratulate me: thank you from the bottom of my heart. The journey is just beginning, and the energy from opening night is exactly what we are bringing forward.

If you're ready to step onto the mats with us, we are back at it tomorrow! We’d love to welcome you to our next class this Saturday, June 6th:

🥋 Family Class: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
🥋 Advanced Class: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
