Our First Aurora Nidra of the Season is Almost Here… ✨ There’s something truly magical about this time of year… and we’re so excited to welcome you to our first Aurora Nidra session of the season on April 25.

Imagine yourself fully relaxed, gently guided into a deep meditative state, while soft light and atmosphere create the feeling of the northern lights dancing above you.

If you’ve been craving a gentle place to land — a space where your body can soften, your breath can slow, and your nervous system can finally exhale — I’d love to welcome you into my 90‑minute Restorative Yin Yoga class.

We begin with a slow, mindful yin sequence designed to help you settle deeply into your connective tissues, creating space, openness, and ease. From there, we transition into fully supported restorative poses using bolsters, blocks, and blankets.

This is your time to let go, unwind, and reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive environment.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
