Appreciation is extended to the cattlemen who participated in the Lougheed Annual Fair Bred Heifer Show. Each year presents unique challenges, and this event was no exception, with cattle being retrieved from distant pastures amidst excessive moisture. Congratulations are in order for this year's winners, and gratitude is expressed to our esteemed sponsors. The first-place winner, Copeland Davidson, received $1000.00 courtesy of Iron Creek Veterinary Hospital. Andrew Williams secured second place with a $500.00 prize sponsored by Battle River Implements. Ken Prichard and family (Glenrose Angus)took third place with a $300.00 award sponsored by John Snethun Farms.

A HUGE thank you to all our amazing volunteers and members! It takes a lot of hands, a lot of laughs, and a whole lot of teamwork to pull off fair day!

And thank you to our community and all of our guests who came out and made the day so much fun!

Remember Tuesday Aug 4th is the day to get your entry forms into the Lougheed Fair ladies so you can get your tags to be put on your entries to be delivered Thursday the 6th between 7-8 pm (non perishables)or bring Friday am 9:00- 11:45am

Everything you need to know on the 103rd Lougheed Agricultural Fair!

The Fair Grounds admission is Adults $15.00, 6-10years $10.00 and 5 and under free.

Kids games are free, plenty to enjoy and see.

The event is cash only and one debit machine in the food store, so good to bring cash with you.

Beef Supper in the Hall 5-7, Adults $25.00, Seniors $20.00, 6-10 years $10.00, 5 years and under $5.00
