Entry fees (1,200$ payable to the CLA) and notice of attendance from MAs must be in the CLA Office on July 5 th 2013. Schedule of competitions:
The CLA will inform the FCQ on July 15 th 2013 of the names and number of teams registered to the competitions; the schedule will be made up in the days following the CLA announcement. Officials to Nationals:
MAs must inform

the CLA of their officials attending National Championships before July 15 th 2013. Event travel days:
Travel days to and from Montreal are August 29 th and September 2nd 2013. Competitions: The competitions will be held on August 30th, 31st and September 1st 2013. Each team is responsible to contact the hotels to make their reservation. After those dates, Rooths is no longer responsible for blocking rooms. See page 4 to 7 for details. Meeting:
There will be a technical meeting held on Thursday night August 29 th 2013 , at Hotel l’Express ( 2800 boul, Marie-Victorin Est, Longueuil, J4G 1P5 Qc).
