Have you considered trying a class with me ? Here’s your chance ! Anyone new can link up with anyone “old” and you both get the discount! Many class types to choose from: cardio, strength , mobility, on zoom and in person. Spread the word. Next session starts March 6th !

My happy place. My zoom room. My forget about your worries zone. My very sweaty area. Im here for you pretty much everyday of the week. All you need is a mat, weights and a b***y band. I like to add crazy coloured clothes and my signature messy bun but that’s not mandatory. If you’re needing a little kick in the butt to get moving come try a class and you may just find yourself hooked ;)
