Addicted to trampoline fitness since 2017 and certified Fitness Instructor Specialist with CANFITPRO since 2021, I have the crazy dream of sharing my passion with the Whole World. While having fun, we work all of our muscles, our coordination and our balance! All of this with ultra low-impact on the joints and while releasing endorphins (excellent to fight stress!).
