If you are completely sedentary and only drive to work, pick up the kids and come home.
Start with easy steps, no barriers like gym memberships, commuting or time constraints

Start with more movement in your day,
Clean the entire house
Take the stairs
Park further away

If you can make this change for a week
then it can be a month of more movement

Then you will need another challenge as the body adapts and this isn’t enough to challenge your muscles for a real change.

Tomorrow you will be 1, Im writing this all now because we will be spending the day together & mama will be too busy prepping for your 1st birthday party. What can I say? Its all a dream come true. Ive always dreamed of planning your birthday, dressing you up, park time, doing mommy &me classes, yoga&workouts, I’ve even had the privilege to have you by my side while I work. We’ve done it all this year.
No matter how tired you make me, skipping my lunch or drinking cold coffee to make sure you’re napping or eating, I just want the best for you. 1 year old is bittersweet I miss the newborn phase but I’m enjoying our new interactions. Mama loves you, and still misses you when you sleep, hope you enjoy your mermaid themed party! Xoxo
