Show day is just around the corner ✨

After all the early mornings, cardio sessions, posing practice, and prep meals… don’t forget to actually enjoy the moment you worked so hard for.

A few things that help me stay present on stage:
- Set yourself before you enter the stage
- Slow down your transitions
- Smile and connect with the judges/audience
- Focus on how you feel
- Trust the work you’ve already put in
- Take in every second, it goes by so fast

The goal isn’t just to step on stage looking your best… it’s to walk off knowing you truly experienced the moment 🤍

THIS is what this sport is truly about ✨ It’s about community, uplifting each other, and celebrating the personal wins. These beautiful people drive hours every weekend to come pose in-person, and I am beyond grateful for their dedication and so proud of each of their growth so far. Very excited to see these ladies hit the stage in 6 WEEKS!! My heart is full ❤️👠

Prep can feel lonely at times and we can get tunnel vision. This is your reminder to take a moment to soak in the experience and appreciate the little things 🫶
