Our mom and baby weighted strength 6-week programs start in May ✨
These strength driven classes are taking on Progressive Style Programming officially. This is a great way to see strength results in real time! From feeling uncoordinated and disconnected in week 1, to feeling confident and stronger in week 6. Using intentionally designed exercises and heavily focusing on proper breathing mechanics and core engagement.
These classes involve 8 exercises, 3/4 of which stay the same for the 6 weeks. For example, Tuesdays will work on Deadlifts for the 6 weeks!
Combined with our mom and baby Pilates and upcoming Stroller program, we will have you moving woth ease and building back stronger ✌️
