First outdoor 5km run since surgery!! Slow and steady. I didn’t look at my pace. I just wanted to finish. And I did!!
Chris Legge and I have a run club every Sunday at 10am! We meet at Springbank Park (across from shoppers). Run, walk or run!

A few of my favourites. Chris and the Y! Another Run, Row, Run! Paces are getting faster! Got my run pace down to 4:48/km for about 500m which hasn’t happened since the summer!! Woohoo!!!!

Sound on! This is real life on vacation. “Everyone is tired and uncomfortable…”. Even on vacation, be ok with being real! Hayden was tired (because she’s 8!) and I was uncomfortable (because I was on crutches). We went back to the to the room for a nap and BINGO, all was good for the night.
