Integrity Taekwondo

Integrity Taekwondo Taekwondo classes for kids and adults from September to June. Free one week trial - please contact us for availability.

We teach taekwondo to both children and adults with the core principles of courtesy, humility, integrity, perseverance and self-control. We also teach jiu-jitsu self-defense techniques to older children (13+) and adults. We run on a membership system with two semesters: September to January and February to June. There are no classes during July and August. A free one-week trial is available, so please contact us if you'd like to see what we're all about.

Welcome back! We hope you had a great summer.

Classes have begun again and will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays as usual.

Classes are cancelled for April 15, 17, 22 and 24. Please continue practicing your material for testing at home and we will see you on April 29.

The testing will be postponed, date TBD.

There will be no classes on Thursday February 27 and Tuesday March 4 due to other events happening in the gym.

Happy holidays to everyone. We will be closed for 2 weeks and will reopen on January 7, 2025. Please continue to practice your patterns and we will see you in the new year!

Classes are now running! Kids beginner class runs from 6:20-7:10, kids advanced and adult class runs from 7:15-8:05.

Class has been cancelled for tonight due to the gym not being available. Please keep practicing for the testing on Tuesday.

WE'RE BACK!!

After a long hiatus, classes will resume tonight!

Beginner kids class will run from 6:30-7:15 pm.
Adult/advanced kids class will run from 7:15-8 pm.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the Thames Valley School Board has decided that their gym facilities will not be available for use until next year. Therefore there will be no classes for the upcoming semester and all testings are postponed until further notice. As we get more information we will continue to post updates.

Because of ongoing closures due to COVID-19, we have made the decision to cancel classes for the rest of the semester.

The black belt testing originally scheduled for June will be postponed to December.
