GO Hockey Summer 3v3 Programs are back! With fast-paced games, music, and nonstop action, this is the perfect way for female athletes (U9 - U18) to stay sharp, compete, and have fun all summer long.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

✅ Fast-paced games boost hockey IQ, skating, puck handling, passing, positioning, and team play.

✅ Constant action and more puck touches builds players confidence, creativity, and awareness.

✅ Goalies get more shots and increased movement, which helps conditioning, awareness and positioning.

SPRING DRYLAND TRAINING

GO Hockey is excited to partner with Emily Sluys for our strength & conditioning dryland program.

Sessions focus on developing strong, efficient movement patterns that translate directly to on-ice performance while reducing injury risk. Train in a competitive, supportive girls-only environment alongside driven athletes who want to get faster, stronger, and more explosive.

Included in the sessions will also be some basic track & field and other team sports such as ball hockey, touch football and others.

SESSION SCHEDULE

📅 Weekly Thursdays May 21 - Jun 25

Birth Years: 2013-2017
⏰ 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Birth Years: 2012 and older
⏰ 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Location: Carling Arena (dry pad), 675 Grosvenor Street, London

💲 Cost: $25 per session OR $145 for 6 weeks
