Last Thursday’s Rambler group on the Ebenezer section of the TVT, led by Janine. The conditions were ideal, in part because of the perfect weather, and in larger part due to the amazing work of our Trail Maintenance crew who cleaned up the trail last week.

Good advice. Don’t forget your tick checks.

Don't forget your tick checks!

A simple look over on your child(ren), pets and yourself can make a huge difference on your health. Remember to check those warm hiding spots like behind the ears, hairline, waistline, under arms and behind the knees.

Stay aware, not anxious.

**Edit: The Middlesex-London Health Unit does not take ticks anymore. Use the etick website to identify and watch bite site for a bullseye marking. If concerned, see a pharmacist ASAP.

If you believe you have found a lone star tick, we would encourage you to contact the Middlesex London Health Unit by calling Jeremy Hogeveen at 519-663-5317 or emailing [email protected].**

Rain or shine, it's almost always a great day for a hike. Today's Saturday Morning Walk drew a smaller group than average, but the rain wasn't as heavy as forecast and we enjoyed our hike around the Euston Meadow.

A video from a recent Saturday Morning Walk at the Elsie Perrin Williams Estate. A little nicer weather than this morning's hike which was enjoyed by a much smaller group.
