Oakridge Taekwon-Do Taekwon-Do school London Ontario Our children’s program emphasizes building focus, self-discipline, confidence, co-ordination, self-esteem and respect.

Studies have shown that children who are involved in Taekwon-Do have an increased sense of responsibility, a decrease in the willingness to take part in foolish risks and a higher sense of self-esteem. Many physicians have prescribed Taekwon-Do for children because of the positive outlet it gives them for all of their energy. We promote good behavior and we expect the same at home and in school. O

ur adult classes are a great way to get into shape, reduce stress, and lower the risk of future health problems! Taekwon-Do is an exercise program with a bonus! You learn to defend yourself while getting into shape. Taekwon-Do is well known for its stress relieving benefits. The emphasis on mind-body training goes far beyond the benefits of standard health club type exercise programs. There are no restrictions on who can learn. Men, women, young and old, whoever wants to develop:
