As of today 12 pm the studio will be closed until further notice. I will be doing 28 minute live IG workout videos everyday at 9:30 am to wake your body and lift your spirits. I’ll be doing it right from my own home just like you. Rylee will be by my side as usual getting involved in the workout. We can stay connected as a community, stay healthy and strong! These will be loop resistance band (like the photo) workouts. Order yours on Amazon prime today and get them by tomorrow. In case you missed last weeks email from Revkor London. Studio remains open.

Hello Crew,

Regarding COVID-19, we ask that you follow a few simple rules to keep the studio a healthy place to visit.
If you're feeling unwell AT ALL, PLEASE STAY HOME. Anyone who arrives sick will be asked to leave immediately.

For now, we have decided to keep the studio open, and are implementing the following procedures to help maintain a safe and healthy environment;

•We will be cleaning the studio, as usual, after every class
•We will be sanitizing any handles left hanging with potent disinfectant
•Any left over handles will be taking down and disinfected by the staff
•We ask that you clean all carabiners as well as handles
•Staff will clean the bands. Please do not clean the bands yourself
•We will be selling Bandslay handles for $15, (we have no other handles at this time, therefore we have to sell these).
•Disinfectant will be available at the front door. Please disinfect your hands upon entering
•We will be cleaning all door handles and the bathroom after every class with potent disinfectant
•Class sizes will be reduced to 15 members per class to create more distance between each member
•The number of classes available each week will be reduced
•All instructors who have traveled recently will be self-quarantined and asked to refrain from coming to the studio for 14 days
•If you have traveled recently, please refrain from coming to the studio for 14 days
•Please bring your own mat, there will be no loaner mats available until further notice
•We have lifted the late cancelation/no show policy until further notice - Please do not attend class if unwell

Revkor is a place to de-stress and unwind. Instructors are encouraged to refrain from chatting about this virus and all the events surrounding it. We suggest you do the same and enjoy your hour/workout. Sending lots of love to all our members!

NB-Revkor will be following Ontario and Canadian government health recommendations, and should the studio be closed temporarily, and we will notify you immediately.
