🥋 London Karate Club – Throwback!

A fantastic get-together with Ippei Sensei and Kohei San after a seminar!

Great times both on and off the mats, sharing meaningful conversations, enjoying delicious food, and making memories with wonderful company.

Karate is not just about training and techniques — it’s also about friendship, respect, and the bonds we build along the way. 🥋🙏

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of a member of our Meibukan family. We extend our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
We are truly heartbroken to lose such a young, vibrant man whose life ended far too soon. He will be deeply missed, and our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who knew and loved him.
Gone far too soon, but never forgotten.

Hanshi Fall teaching the teen class Tensho Kata.

Tensho is a kata we use to finish our training sessions, helping students slow down, control their breathing, and gradually bring their energy back down after a night of hard training.

It’s a wonderful way to end the class with focus, calmness, and mindfulness, carrying the spirit of karate beyond the dojo. 🥋🙏

Every tournament gives us a chance to see how far we’ve come and what we can continue to improve on. There’s always something to learn and something to work toward!

Great job to everyone who participated. Be proud of your efforts, keep practicing, and keep pushing yourselves to be better.

🥋❤️ Our Favourite Sensei’s from the States! 🇺🇸

We’re so lucky to know these amazing people and to have the opportunity to spend such valuable time together!

Sensei Daniele and Sensei Rinaldi make the trip up to visit us for some serious training, hard work, and learning — followed by great conversations, lots of laughs, and sharing our experiences both on and off the dojo floor.

These are the moments that make our karate family so special. We grow together through training, learn from one another, and continue to share our passion for Meibukan Goju-Ryu Karate. 🥋

Grateful for the friendship, the knowledge, and the bonds we continue to build through our art. Osu! 👊

🥋 Hanshi Fall — Demonstrating the Power of Meibukan Goju-Ryu! 💥

What an amazing time at our karate demonstration! Hanshi Fall preparing to break a baseball bat, showcasing the power, focus, discipline, and dedication that are part of our martial arts journey.

We had a fantastic time introducing new people to our skills, sharing our knowledge, and showing our passion for the traditional art of Meibukan Goju-Ryu Karate.

It's always rewarding to share our style with the community, inspire others, and demonstrate the spirit and strength behind our art. 🥋👊

Preserving tradition, building confidence, and sharing our passion — one demonstration at a time!

🥋 Sensei Kim at the London Karate Club! 🐯

Saturday mornings with our Tiny Tigers are always full of energy, smiles, and learning! Teaching the little ones sparring drills, building confidence, improving coordination, and learning the importance of respect and discipline — all while having fun!

The best teaching moments often come from the smallest students with the biggest spirits. ❤️

Little Tigers, big confidence! 🐯🥋
