This hardstyle system is intense and demanding — but also one of the safest ways to train hard.
In a world full of “hardcore” programs, most people end up with injuries to prove it.
This system is built to make you stronger and more durable, not broken.
The methods emphasize full-body bracing and timed tension to improve MMA performance and long-term durability.
You’ll learn:

• Turkish get-up
