This week is all about reviewing techniques, refining skills, and building confidence before testing begins. We encourage all students to attend their scheduled classes so they can get the most out of their review and be fully prepared for testing week.

A huge congratulations to our KNS Martial Arts team for an outstanding weekend at the Sherbrooke, Quebec Koshiki Karate Tournament!
We are incredibly proud of all 29 of our competitors for the effort, courage, discipline, and sportsmanship they displayed throughout the event. Competing takes confidence and determination, and our students represented KNS Martial Arts with tremendous respect and martial arts spirit all weekend long.
Whether bringing home medals, stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, or pushing through personal challenges, every member of our team gained valuable experience and made us proud.
A special thank you as well to our KNS Black Belts who did an outstanding job officiating and judging throughout the tournament. Your leadership, professionalism, and dedication to the sport were exceptional.
Thank you to all of our families, coaches, and supporters for helping make the weekend such a success. 👊🔥
