Those that have known me for a long time know how that I’ve been in the glute (b***y) training game since long before it was trendy!
It’s one of my favourite muscles to train, and it also happens to be the most common area that folks come to me for help with.
Over the years I’ve learned sound principles when it comes to training the glutes, as well as what NOT to do, how to stay safe while making progress.
And I put it all together in this new “90 Day B***y Builder” program so everyone can benefit!.
There are TWO ways you can access this program:
