Brock Seikido We are a family friendly, affordable martial art focused on self defense Seikido is a local martial art based on Tae Kwon Do and Aikido.

It is the blending of the most modern and scientifically correct techniques that makes Seikido unique. Seikido's founders built upon these foundation arts, and developed techniques unique to Seikido. These include throwing and pinning techniques to neutralize high kicks, and striking techniques to disable grappling attacks. In addition to sparring practice, releases from holds, throws & pins, and

weapons defence are essential aspects of Seikido self-defence training. Brock Seikido is one of several Seikido schools in Ontario. We are a Member of the Forest City TaeKwonDo Club, a local non-profit that supports the martial art of Seikido. http://www.forestcitytkd.com/

We just wanted to say congratulations to everyone who tested last night. You all did an amazing job. We are all very proud of you. Have great summer and we look forward to seeing you all in September.

Just a reminder there is no class tomorrow. We are having a grading for those who are ready for testing. Everyone is welcome to come and support those who are testing. This will be our last day for the year. If you are not able to attend please have a fantastic summer and we look forward to seeing you in September.
