ELEMENTS HOT YOGA - London's Original Hot Yoga Studio! For 21 years we have proudly offered our community a unique experience in hot yoga. We have two studios for your convenience: Downtown and Southwest. Our Earth Series is a foundational practice with traditional yoga postures with discoveries from therapeutic yoga -- all in a specially heated room. This gives you a cardiovascular workout that t

ones, releases, and strengthens muscles, while calming your mind and reducing your stress. We heat our studio to make it safer for you to achieve flexibility, to increase heart strength, and to encourage detoxification and cleansing. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability, from beginners to pro athletes. Even if you have never done a yoga pose in your life, we warmly welcome you to Elements. Oh, and did you know? We are the Official Yoga Studio of the London Knights, the London Lightning, and the London Majors! See you on your mat soon! :-)
