What’s better than socializing while exercising? It’s the perfect 🤩 combination.

Hi there 👋……
I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New year.
It’s been close to 5 weeks since I last posted. I took an unintentional break from Insta.

A lot has happened in the last 5 weeks. I needed to take some time to readjust to a couple different things. I will explain later. Everyone is okay and healthy.

I will be trying to get back on here more often and I will also be rebooting up ANDFIT online lives soon😊

Can’t wait to reconnect with everyone soon.

and are teaming up to host a fundraising event for Community House. This 60-minute stroller fitness workout will be for all levels and stages postpartum.

What to bring:
* stroller
* a set of hand weights (3-8lbs)
* yoga mat or towel
* water bottle/water

Participants are welcome to bring infant & toddlers.
Donations of $5 or more with all proceeds supporting ANOVA Community House locations in London, ON.
This event will run rain or shine.

Come out and help us support our community, bring your stroller and babes, have fun and connect with other moms in the london community.

This is the last week for summer stroller bootcamp. We had so much fun today in class and also at our potluck to round out our August session.
