“Movement has been one of the most powerful outlets in my life; it helped push me through dark days and allowed me to reconnect with my strength, confidence, and sense of self. It serves as a humble reminder of just how capable our bodies are—and how capable we are! As an instructor, I hope to help others discover that same sense of strength, connection, and joy through movement.”
move with Maggie every tuesday and thursday morning 8am! ⚡️
“I have grown up with a love for moving my body my whole life. As a dancer, I have always been drawn to workouts that are engaging, challenging, and rewarding. Pilates has allowed me to continue to grow my love for movement through the rhythm, strength, and coordination that comes with the workout. Exercising has always been a positive aspect in my life, an outlet for me to be who I am and see what I am truly capable of. I adore helping my clients improve and seeing their commitment to improving their well-being one step at a time.”
join Georgia every monday & friday at 5.30pm! 🩰
“I teach because I genuinely love movement and the way it makes you feel. My background in dance has shaped my love for music, movement, and pushing myself, and I want to share that feeling with others. I love creating classes that are challenging but fun, where you can work hard, connect with your body, and leave feeling stronger and more confident than when you walked in.”
