Our Instructors are Certified Stott® Pilates instructors and have extensive training in anatomy and biomechanics. @ THE BARRE challenges endurance, and provide the fat burning benefits of interval training. Join us this Thursday night for a fun social night. Starting with a Mat class at 6:30 then a field trip to for Margaritas, but you don’t have to have margaritas you can just have one margarita or something else entirely. You can even just drink water and come for the socializing. Or you can just come for the mat class or you can just meet us at Burt’s. So many options!
