🥊🔥 2026 ONTARIO NOVICE TOURNAMENT — THAT’S A WRAP! 🔥🥊

We came in hungry… and we left with HARDWARE 🏆 — and a few tough lessons along the way.
Not every hand got raised, but every fighter left better than they came in. Wins build confidence. Losses build character. That’s boxing. 🥊

Couldn’t be more proud of this team! The work, the heart, the commitment — it showed.
This is only the beginning. We’re coming back harder. 💪🔥

What an AMAZING Novice Tournament weekend! 🥊🔥
Man, words can’t express how proud I am of this team. The support you showed each other, the heart you displayed, and the drive you brought into that ring was incredible.
For some of you, this was your first time ever stepping into the ring. For others, it was about taking that next step and testing yourselves against new challenges. No matter the outcome, every single one of you showed what M.P.T is all about. ❤️‍🔥
Some fights didn’t go the way we hoped, while others went better than we could have ever imagined. But win, lose, or learn — you all walked out of that ring with something to be proud of.
And watching the growth of M.P.T has been unbelievable. Our first two Novice Tournaments, we brought 6 boxers combined. This year, we brought 10! The growth is real, and I couldn’t be more proud of how far this team has come in such a short time.

🥊 NOVICE TOURNAMENT WEEKEND 🥊

10 fighters. One team. One mission. 🔥

The time has finally come. After weeks of training, sparring, conditioning, and preparation, our M.P.T fighters are ready to step into the ring and represent M.P.T Fitness & Boxing.

We’re also proud to be sharing this tournament weekend with our friends at Yuli Boxeo, who will be bringing 7 fighters of their own. Two teams, one boxing community, and a weekend full of opportunity, experience, and growth. 🥊🤝

Every fighter has their own journey. Some are stepping into competition for the first time, while others are looking to build on the experience they’ve already gained.

But they all have one thing in common — they’ve put in the work.

This weekend is about competing, learning, gaining experience, supporting your teammates, and enjoying the opportunity to do what we love.

No matter what happens when that final bell rings, we’ll be proud of every fighter who steps through those ropes wearing the M.P.T name.

Today we’re celebrating the guy who made it all possible. Your vision, hard work, and dedication are the reason M.P.T Fitness & Boxing is what it is today. Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes and in the gym each and every day. Your passion for the sport, commitment to our members, and willingness to help others have built more than just a gym, you’ve built a community.

We’re grateful to be part of what you’ve created, and M.P.T wouldn’t be the same without you. We appreciate everything you do and hope you have an amazing birthday filled with everything you deserve.

🥊 Sparring Day 🥊

Huge thank you to Coach Sebastian from DC Boxing Academy for the rounds and the incredible hospitality today. We always appreciate the opportunity to work with you. A big thank you as well to TNT Boxing and AFT Boxing for continuing to help build such a strong boxing community through opportunities like these.

Thank you for always opening your doors and making us feel welcome. Our team loved the warm-up, learned a lot, and got to experience the high level of skill and professionalism on display at DC Boxing Academy.

Iron sharpens iron, and we're grateful to keep building each other up. Looking forward to getting more rounds in together soon. 🥊

Great rounds last night. This is where fighters are made—not under the bright lights, but in the hard rounds that nobody sees. Every punch, every exchange, and every second in the ring is another opportunity to grow. We don't back down from pressure—we embrace it.
