Is your 4 year old always dancing around the house? 💜

Our Ballet, Jazz & Acro Combo class is the perfect place to build confidence, coordination, and a love for dance! Through creative games, music, and movement, dancers are introduced to the foundations of ballet, jazz, and acro while developing flexibility, gross motor skills, and classroom independence in a fun, encouraging environment.

Every class is an opportunity to build confidence, make friendships, develop resilience, strengthen focus, learn teamwork, discover leadership and express creativity.

These are lessons that start in the studio but stay with dancers wherever life takes them.

We are kicking off another incredible season at Dance Extreme! 💙

This seasons intensive classes were filled with energy, challenging choreography, endless learning, and so many moments of growth. Our dancers worked hard, pushed past their comfort zones, and most importantly, gave it their all! We couldn’t be more proud of the dedication, passion, and positive energy they brought into every class.

A HUGE thank you to the amazing faculty who joined us and shared their talent, knowledge, and love of dance with our dancers. Your creativity, encouragement, and expertise made this intensive one to remember! 🫶🏼

Bring the energy and let your dancer shine! ✨💜

Our Mini 2 Jazz class is the perfect place for dancers to build confidence while learning exciting new skills. Combining strong jazz technique with fun, age appropriate choreography and music, dancers will develop jumps, turns, coordination, musicality, and self expression in a positive and encouraging environment.

Mini 2 Jazz Class Times:
✨ Thursday:4:15-5pm & 6:00–6:45 PM
✨ Saturday: 9:45–10:30 AM

We’re excited to welcome Lauren to Dance Extreme for our Summer Intensive on September 2nd! 💙

Lauren is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), former competitive dancer, and passionate advocate for supporting dancers both inside and outside of the studio.

Combining her background in competitive dance with her professional training in counselling psychology, Lauren understands the unique pressures dancers can experience. Her session will focus on building important mental and emotional skills around confidence, resilience, performance anxiety, self talk, perfectionism, motivation, mindfulness and managing pressure.

Through practical tools and mindfulness techniques, Lauren will help dancers learn how to feel more grounded, focused and connected to themselves while navigating the demands of dance.

Because being a strong dancer isn’t just about what your body can do. It’s also about how you understand, care for and connect with your mind. ✨

We can’t wait for our dancers to learn from Lauren on September 2nd!
