🚨 New time: 9:30 AM

NEW! Open Adult/Teen Class
⏰ 10:30 AM

We’re excited to add another Saturday training opportunity for Adults and Teens—more chances to train, more flexibility, and another option for those busy weekday schedules.

🗓️ Schedule changes start this Saturday, September 12th! Karate trial packages are available starting at ages 4 and up.

ELIZABETH’S JOURNEY 🥋

Elizabeth has already accomplished something pretty incredible — earning her Junior Black Belt.

But she didn’t stop there.

She continues to show up, train, learn, improve and challenge herself. Because earning a Black Belt doesn’t mean there’s nothing left to learn.

Now she’s working toward her next big goal: Adult Black Belt.

Years of training. Thousands of repetitions. So many lessons learned along the way.

Junior Black Belt was a milestone. The journey continues.
